In Florida they sell 'uninsured motorist coverage' for cases like this. Sadly, it is super expensive. I pay a ton for car insurance in Tampa because of all the uninsured drivers.

Something else a friend of mine does volunteer work where she does alot driving in bad areas. they might purposely hit your car. You pull over and then they pull you out and take off with your car. Or say your at a red light.couple guys on foot and they be eyeing you and your car.. hit the gas because they might be looking to take the car.

Nah, fuck all that. Now they've got tickets and their car's gonna get towed. If they go to retrieve the car, they have a shot at getting arrested for leaving the scene and whatever warrants they probably got. PLUS they can't pick up their car without insurance. It might not be their car their car but judging by their reactions it wasn't stolen so either way that's gonna fuck their month up Always call the cops for these kinds of things. It might be a hassle for you, but it'll be a small ripple of "the right thing" through society

I still have family on most blocks in Bridesburg, including Thompson, Almond, Salmon, Richmond, Bridge Kirkbride, Ash, etc. I've been past your house plenty of times. I spent 30 + years working in every hood in the city at all hours. Things have changed. There was a time that you could chase down someone like you did and not be too concerned. That's not the case anymore. One of those idiots could have gone in the trunk for a weapon. Call the cops and make out a Police Report. The cops are not going to do anything to the guys that hit you, even if they found them. The best you can do is have your insurance company pay. On your deductible you may be able to make a claim against the "Crime Victims Fund." It's not worth getting killed over. I've been hit 4 times, and nobody had insurance. I am licensed to carry and usually am, depending on where I have to go. It's not worth it. If you get into a confrontation you'll be the one charged as you'll be looked at as the agressor. Let us know if your hear anything at all from the police. The chances are that car was stolen; that's why the two guys walked away from it. Good luck!
