Find a close gay friend who also wants to live in chastity. Become close if you have a friendship. Support each other in being partners in a relationship, and helping each other live chastely. If temptations arise between the two of you, make sure you make efforts to avoid those temptations. That’s how my partner and I live; a relationship of love and friendship, while living chaste.

Odd question. Is he joyful because he is living a "chaste lifestyle" or happy while living a "chaste lifestyle"? There is a difference. And have you ever considered the possibility that the "chaste lifestyle" is not for everyone, especially since it is synonymous with celibate, until married people who are having sex want to apply it to themselves, so the word loses it's meaning. You still ignore the fact that, at the end of the day, they are by themselves, and that destroys people after a while.

@CatholicByTheGraceOfGod Considering the meaning of "chastity" changes, pending on where you are in life, I find that less than convincing. I'm sure you are incapable of understanding why I would say that.

While I would be willing to bet the "meaning" of chastity has changed over time, that is not the point I am making at the moment. My point is, chastity isn't really the same for everyone. Does it look the EXACT same for a married couple as it does a single person?

@CatholicByTheGraceOfGod Hence it is a meaningless, and half answer. If the same word means having sex, and not, it isn't very helpful. I see it as nothing more than an excuse for married people having sex to claim the same virtue as those who are celibate, and not having sex. I'm sure you will just ignore me and all of that, comes with the territory.

Your God never wanted to control or disown any one in the like which were not evil or content in doing bad. You let this book dictate your agenda and who you accept and who you don't. You let this free willd God control who you touch skin to who you speak gracefully to. Your God didn't want any of what modern catholics, Christians, or protestants preach. You are preventing your God from growing with the people and with the times. You preach to a God whom is already dead or tired of fighting for the people that don't listen to his true words. God was once beautiful but now the modern occult that now "follows" him are not.

That image of white Jesus that they use is too distracting for me. God says that we shouldn’t create engraved images.

We are not supposed to worship images because God is spirit, almighty and ever present. The miracle for us Christians is that this Spirit-God took on matter, he became man. This was foreshadowed in the Jewish Bible (Old Testament) but not fully understood. Jesus became man and we could see him, touch him…. So pictures and images of God today are portraying God who made himself visible. Don’t worry that this is idol worship- it is not! The pictures and images help us to worship the invisible God who became man. Once you grasp this idea images become very helpful.
