Yet another great video. The "deer in the headlights stare" Paula has shows the GAME FACE race strategy is ON! Congrats on the podium Paula. And Eric, you're upping the PTO rankings and off to a strong start!!! You're both going in the direction in the season you want to, and I look forward to more great racing!!!

I cannot begin to explain how fantastic your video work is Eric, and how the music edit is exceptional every week! Another super video, Love the bit where you both got doorstepped by the guy passing by, who recognized you.LOL. That would be so like me! If I was ever fortunate to meet you in person. I am 60 years old in three weeks, and your videos tell me why at 60 years old and after 30 years of toeing the line by a, lakeside on any given Sunday, I still live eat, sleep and breathe That Triathlon Life, with every part of my being! What a great episode! Eric you have been crushing the races this year. The field of competitors was huge in Chattanooga. I love that course. I’m going to do my first half there next year.

I loved this video. I used to live and train in Chattanooga, so it is great seeing familiar spots. I was suppose to race this one, but I’m currently sidelined for the season due to illness. Great to see ya’ll did well.

Solid performances from both Paula and Eric, with Paula backing up her first place win with a second place here. You both look strong for this stage of the season. Should be interesting to see your choice of races to do for the rest of the season.

Hi Chris, welcome! 90% of the songs we use are created specifically for video and aren't usually on the major streaming platforms like spotify. Any thoughts as to why you carry your Garmin watch during the run? Is it a "takes too much time to fuss with issue?"

In this case, yep. Normally we both put them on, but coincidentally we both were too caught up in the race to do it this time

It’s a dream. The build quality is super confidence inspiring and it’s easy to pack. It’s particularly great with the Shiv because the base bar folds down. With most TT bikes you’ll need to take the base bar off and strap it to the frame.

With such a big pack coming off the bike together, a super fast transition was really important, then we usually put them on while running the first mile, but we both decided it sounded too hard while running this time 🤷‍♂️
