You never know... There's A LOT pulling them together. Ray went from completely convinced there was no way she could have ever been with him, to sitting by his side in the hospital. My money is on this being a VERY memorable chapter in an arc that we haven't seen the end of.

⚠️Spoiler alert ⚠️ After their engagement, Ray and Chatterbox had a mini argument about what she found in the mimes. Ray chose Chatty but also pursued the CG path, which led to her overthinking and self-sabotaging. Distressed, Chatterbox took her to the pier, intending to ocean dump her. Boom Boom intervened during their quarrel. Ray returned Chatty’s book and called Windsong for advice, who gave her terrible guidance. Ray, seeking space to think, walked away, leaving Chatty at the pier. Chatterbox panicked, knocked her out, and Boom Boom retaliated, insisting that if Ray was to be ocean dumped, so would Chatty. Boom Boom ended up ocean dumping them both.This caused a domino effect, leading to multiple clowns being ocean dumped, with many ending up in the ICU. Chatterbox washed up and found out that many clowns, including himself, suffered from amnesia and didn’t remember the events clearly. Amid the chaos and confusion, Chatterbox actively searched for Ray, desperate to find her and ensure she was safe. Ray, meanwhile, drifted away and ended up hitting her head hard a couple of times, causing her personas to split. She was lost at sea on a large rock for a day. She carved faces into rocks: Chatterbox, Vinny, and April. Losing her mind, she saw something shiny on another boulder and swam over to discover her phone with a little battery left. She tweeted for help, leading to her rescue and hospital treatment. Throughout this time, Chatterbox continued his search, showing his deep concern and dedication to her well-being. Ray asked Boom Boom to take her to the funhouse, where she felt safe. There, she randomly had a mental episode, battling her other side, Ray Mond. Chatterbox found her the next day, and they started to discuss what happened. He noticed her fluctuating between personalities during their conversation. Concerned for her well-being, he took her to the ER. Scans revealed a major brain injury, leading to emergency surgery and memory loss of the last six years. Now, she only remembers being part of CG.Side note: I know Rae clarified that Hiccups (Cups) is the happier version of Ray Mond and they are the same person, but to me, they are not. Ray and Cups are highly different from each other, sharing the same body but with distinct personalities. Ray Mond's voice is deep and emotionless, sounding as if she has no life in her. On the other hand, Cups' voice is soft, high, and full of life. Their voices alone show they are not the same.

@@tlaisa Thank you! That is so crazy of a story. The clowns have been Raymond’s best arc in the city, in my opinion. It’s sad to see it end the way it has, although it was amazing while it lasted.
