Its been 2 years that the visa bulletin was no movement at all! Is tthere possible to move this piscal year 2024? When to move tje visa bulletin most specially F2B CATEGORY Philippines? A lot of people waiting their interview, ive been waiting more than 3 years already more years of waiting more stress of people! Why the visa bulletin not move? We are now in normal no more pandemic.

hello,i am from kenya and a dv 2024 selectee, but our worry is the slow processing of the visa, hence many people misses visa.can you do something to fasten this?

please ask Mr. Charlie how Dominican Republic got almost 50% F2B visas out of 200 countries in the world. 26k F2B visa per fiscal year, out of that DR already got 9k+, still left few more moths to end this year, they will easily get 12k+ that means only 50% for RW

We touch on FB but there is really only one point. FB will continue to move at a snail's pace becasue of undersupply. Only Congress can increase the numbers.

Not much news on FB, the categories are backlogged and not getting better. Congress needs to increase the family & employment numbers that have been frozen for 33 years.

The very man who is also part of the problem for the backlog issues along with the congress. Its USCIS interpretation of counting all the family members and not the principal applicant to the yearly quota available. So play in the greys. Why isn't Mr Oppenheim retiring and coming back as a messiah to solve what ? become a professional a tarot card reader.

Respectfully Mr. Oppenheim did everything legally possible to maximize visa issuance within the law for over two decades. Now that he is retired, it is not good.

Charlie did not have the authority to increase visa issuance by 300%, and sadly the courts rejected this view. What we need to do is start a movement to increase the numbers after 33 years of being frozen. However, if you watch the news, you will see people confuse legal immigration with undocumented. So sad.
