When my dad became ill I refused to put him in a nursing home. Instead my husband and I hired a nurse to watch over him night and day. I actually moved my dad in our house because I wanted him to see me and our family everyday. Taking care of an elderly family member is a challenge but if you can try to keep them in their homes. My dad lived well into his nineties and he was happy and content. I realize every one can’t do what I did, but if you can, do it. Your elders will live longer and thrive. So sorry to hear about your grandmother.

We tried to keep her at home at first but we were not trained to handle the diaper changes and really struggled to do that. We even got a hospital bed as well. Her medical needs became to great for one or two individuals to handle so the decision was made to move her to a facility. That was best for her based on what she needed. A family member visited everyday so she was never alone for long. It’s difficult when loved ones are in this situation but families do the best that they can to care for them. You’re fortunate to be able to offer home care for your dad. Thanks for commenting! 🫶✨🥰

Based on Pat McGrath’s website Desert Glow or Bronze Nirvana bronzer would be better shades for you.

I actually visited her website after filming and saw that and thought I’d like Desert Glow. But I think when I’ve seen other people use that, I thought it looked light on them. I may try it too and keep them both. Thanks for watching! 🫶❤️

@@savvy_1 I absolutely love the look you created! I have Desert Glow, Bronze Nirvana, and Bronze Divinity. I use Bronze Divinity to contour, and the other ones interchangeably to add warmth.

What eyeliner did you use?

For liquid liner I used a couple of Lancôme liners. One is the Artliner and I think the other one is a sample size of another type of Lancôme liner. In the waterline I used a retractable liner by Laura Geller. 👍
