I just received my Forbidden Sugar as a Christmas gift for myself… and I LOVE IT! It smells sooo good!!!! It’s sweet but it’s not sweet it’s more like a creamy cashmere with a sharp edgy effect to it! I love it

I dont think you should make an effort to make your videos shorter. I discovered your channel recently and have been binge watching. The point is, you don't waste the viewers time at all. I love how you give so many details and you take your time to explain your feelings about a particular scent. This is what I come here for, I wouldn't erase even one minute. Finally, as another person said, youtube makes it super easy to change the video speed or skip parts of it. Girl, you do you, that's what we lovin here ❤❤

I'm watching these videos because of who you are. As long as what you're saying is interesting (which it is), then it can be as long as you like.☺️ I love watching these videos while I'm working or creating myself, so time isn't an issue. Sometimes, it takes some talking to get the details or nuances on fragrances. And at this point in my fragrance journey, where I have a little bit of everything, those nuances make a huge difference. Plus, there's a lot of fake accounts on KZfaq so those negative comments might not even be real people.

Don't even worry about sticking to a time limit; I think it's way more important to cover everything that you feel needs to be covered and that might vary from fragrance to fragrance.

I bought this one per your review. Got it the other day and immediately when I sprayed this , I got a slight sugary/subtle freshness. It reminded me of a luxurious hotel bar soap. Idk, then in the mid it gave me Bath and Body works Gingham Vibrant (if you know you know) This is candied violets with some honey but a slight soapy freshness in the background. It’s very different and I actually really like it. This is perfect for running errands or wearing to church. It doesn’t last long nor does this project. The black bottle is so deceiving, it doesn’t match the juice inside. Overall, it’s a good recommendation for those that like slightly sweet/soapy scents. 🖤

I was really curious about this fragrance after reading the notes and because of your review, as well as others. Mostly because of the abstractness, the unique jasmine, the purple, the honey reminding you of scandal, etc. My gosh, you were right on the money! The way you described this fragrance is insane.........the accuracy you have is UNMATCHED. When I sprayed this, I literally experienced everything you mentioned with the scent profile. Well done! So far I like it. It's very unique.I definitely don't have anything like this in my collection. So, well done! ❤ Ps. I'm pretty jealous at how good you are at describing fragrances 😂 your completely unmatched! 😊

I love your longer videos i love in-depth because you break down the fragrance including layering and notes I love your content.. I picked this up last month after seeing Cee chronicles did her thing! 😻love it such a sweet fragrance.. it has been sitting for a month! I always let all my fragrances sit! I don’t enjoy them till they sit! It’s extremely sweet! I love this and frenetic deliciouse same vibes!

I love your videos, and I think they are perfect as they are! I would love longer even - I really look forward to your videos! I guess people these days have short attention spans. How hard is it to press a button and advance to the part of the video they want to watch? I too, enjoy listening to your videos while cooking, reading or doing my makeup. You will never please everyone, and if people have short attention spans, there are plenty of reviewers to suit their attention-deficit needs. Sheesh.

I get candied Jasmine and Peach too from this fragrance and the Jasmine is similar to Alien Goddess intense. It’s beautiful, I just don’t like Jasmine and I think it disappears quickly on me. I let it sit for a few weeks because, I was getting too many notes at once when I first got it. But now it’s calmed down and I mainly get Candied Jasmine and Peach with traces of coconut which is why I say it reminds me of Alien goddess intense

Hello from Western Australia! I love watching your reviews we have similar perfume tastes, but sometimes it's hard for me to get some of these fragrances. Don't change the length of your reviews I love them and your descriptions are very good. I end up wanting to buy almost every perfume you talk about, you make them sound so good 😊 I wear Montale Black Aoud a lot but after listening to your reviews I now really want to try Arabians Tonka, and many more perfumes actually including this Paris Corner one. I think your channel is excellent. You are just yourself and that shines through, listening to you is like having a good chat with my friends, I love that, so just keep on being yourself, if some people think your reviews are too long they can go elsewhere. I've tried Crazy in Love as well which is supposed to be similar to Arabians Tonka but my heart always goes to Arabians Tonka haha. It was one of my best blind buys. 🌠

I love the length of your videos. I imagine some fragrances need more explaining and description than others. I appreciate your thoroughness. I've gotten several fragrances based on your reviews and have loved them. I would hate to see that cut short because some people complain. I say make them however long feels good for you!

@A Fragrant Glance From your recommendations I've gotten Bidun Esam, both the edp and the oil, Pearl Oud, Lataffa Musk Mood, and Sehr al Sheila. There might be a couple more I'm forgetting. My fav has been the Bidun Esam. It's magnificent!

Feedback: This is my own opinion so other people might differ. I think that the best video length would be somewhere between 10 and 15 minuntes. But it would aslo depend on the topic of the videos. Some videos could well be over 20 minutes (especially if it is about multiple perfumes). Take also into account that the feedback you will get here are from people that are already interested in your videos so are less critical of your format. That is one of the main reason I would advise you to keep your videos a bit shorter so that new people would feel more interested in watching your videos. If the people is too long people might feel a bit overwhelmed by the length. The last feedback I would give is a positive feedback (however I hope you don't take the other one's as negative feedback): I find the timestamps as very useful. I still watch yoour video from start to end, but it is very helpful to know where and when you are talking about what people are interested in. Sometimes I want to go back to some people's opinion on a perfume but they have a 20 min+ videos where they talk about a lot of fragrances and without timestamps it is difficult to find where it exactly is the moment when they talk about the perfum I want to hear their opinion on. So please, keep doing the timestamps!

Even though in the end we need to check the perfumes ourselves to know if we would like them or not, these reviews are very helpful. Not only the present us with some perfumes we might not be aware it exists, it also gives us the opinion of someone else. So I might still decide not to buy a perfume even if I like it (a little), if I see that no one else does like it. Having a second and third opinion or more on a perfume is not a given. So thank you for doing this.

I blind bought it based on the notes. It's not what I expected but I don't hate it. It smells expensive like I could wear it to a very important business meeting. I like it but I'm not crazy about it. But I'm giving it time it might be a different story next week. To me it smells unisex I would also like to smell it on my man but my brother says it's too sweet for him I wanted to give it to him. I love super girly gourmand, fruity and floral beast mode fragrances. Ones that announces my presence even minutes after I'm gone😅

I enjoyed reading your feedback on the fragrance, I'm curious to see if, once it sits a bit, you will find it sweeter 💫 On me it's a sweet bomb, I was surpised by this one in a very good way. If you have the chance check out fragrances from Ahmed al Maghribi they have some very beautiful gourmand fragrances and they perform very well, I think you might enjoy them. Feeling much better thank you 🤗🌹 My favourite one is Rawaa by Al Haramain but it's a bit sweeter than Good Girl, some find it a mix between Black Opium & Good Girl. Qimmah I would say is the body spray version of it meaning that's very similar but more artificial; Bint Hooran is beautiful and the tuberose really shines there is has a slight green undertone as well; Sonnet by Ajmal is an amazing value for money, very similar to Good Girl but with a slight twist - I gave this one to my cousin who loves Good Girl and she absolutely loves it. 💫

@@AFragrantGlance its been a month or so since I let it sit on the corner of my room. Wowwww…it is having more facets now that what I remember. Especially in the opening. It opens with more pronounced jasmine and peach. Shimmering but not sickly sweet. It is sweet but fresh at the same time. I love it even more. The performance is amazing here in the tropical climate of Indonesia. Stays more than 6 hours (around 8-9 hours).

I enjoy your videos and the time length doesn’t bother me, I get bored if I watch a video that last longer than 20 minutes

Your video lengths are just fine. If others don’t like it they can go elsewhere or maybe do shorts of the longer vids so that those people have something tailored to their desired attention span. 😉

I think you should rely on the numbers rather than the feedback in the comments... If you look at some successful channels as Gents Scents or Redolessence , the video length is between 10 - 15 min

I think she’s right about blind buying! Wish I could get more samples. Sometimes if the bottle is amazing I use that to justify the purchase haha! So far I’m lucky I only have one middle eastern perfume I don’t like.

Încerc să stau departe de recenziile you tube dedicate parfumurilor, am acumulat mai mult de 40 de sticluțe de parfum, majoritatea cumpărate in blind(pentru câteva ești ”responsabilă”😀), însă astăzi am dorit să te ascult/văd puțin și aș vrea să-ți răspund la întrebarea de la începutul videoclipului: dacă mă interesează și este mai lung de 30 de minute(mă refer la tot ce găsesc pe you tube), îl văd în mai multe reprize, atunci când am timp. În general prefer videoclipuri cam de 15-20 de minute. O singură rugăminte, ritmul în care vorbești uneori, cum este acest videoclip, parcă îmi dă impresia că te grăbești, pentru mine este prea rapid. Sper ca modul în care am scris să-ți transmită și simpatia și admirația pe care le simt, îmi place mult seriozitatea și eleganța prezentărilor tale!🌺

Buna Philomena, iti multumesc pentru feedback si pentru cuvintele frumoase, le apreciez foarte mult 🌹❤️ Am sa tin cont de asta, intr-adevar vorbesc foarte repede deobicei fara sa imi dau seama. Sper ca parfumurile cumparate blind pentru care am fost responsabila sa iti placa si sa iti aduca zambetul pe buze de cate ori le folosesti. Iti doresc un weekend frumos si linistit. 🤗

Hi beautiful..dont u think this one has a resemblance to d&g pour femme intense or even armaf italiano donna ( dupe for d&g pour frmme intense ) coz of the marshmallow and white flowers🤔 i dont know why my nose gets a slight resemblance to those. Not a dupe of those but definitely in the same vein. Pls sniff on ur sample again and tell me if u feel the same🙄

Hi my dear, thank you for watching! 🌹❤️ I have to smell it again and see if it reminds me of Italiano Dona, I know for sure for whatever reason it reminds me of Alien, the jasmine there gives me the same mysterious aura. It's such an interesting fragrances cause it has nuances that remind me of other fragrances but it still manages to feel unique in a way. Many hugs to you 🤗

Length of vid is fine but the speed of you speaking is a little fast and I have to rewind to hear every words . Thank you . I use your vid as reference so the length is fine to me .

Do your videos however you like. You never want to feel rushed and should be able to speak as you please and as naturally as possible. People can always skip through

Make your videos as long as you want but personally anything under 15mins from you would be too short for me. I prefer perfumes to be described the way you smell it rather than giving us the notes. I just find it hard to imagine the scent just from the notes alone.

I appreciate your feedback a lot!🤗 I totally see what you mean, it can be very hard to imagine how a scent smells like and be close to how it smells in reality just going by the notes cause some of the notes listed can be there just for support and one might think the scent is made around them, or the same note can smell so different depending on what is combined with.
