With the resting and feeling guilty, I reckon we feel guilty when we haven’t done anything productive but also don’t feel that relaxed. I like to do what I call a 2000s day so you can watch dvds but no streaming services, no phone, no laptops, just try and spend a day like you did when you were a kid. You’ll feel a lot less stimulated and more relaxed ☺️ ❤

I have a ninja creami bc I haaaate protein shakes so I turn mine into ice cream and eat it every day!!! One scoop protein powder One cup milk (I like using chocolate milk) One sachet gelatin powder Stevia to taste I whisk those and then throw it in the freezer for 24h To make the creami: set to light ice cream and mix, then open and put a splash of milk in, then click mix in and do that mode twice, then click re spin. It’s the best texture that way!!!

I once read from a fashion writer that you should buy the smallest jeans that fit coz they’ll stretch and be comfortable. I’ve found it helps. They’re tight at the very start of the day but quickly get comfy in the day
