(Bisuni owned a business of Sand in Jebana)
Laung, elaichi, dhaniya, tejpataa laaike
(Which had Clove, Cardamom, Coriander, and Bay Leaf)

Usi tarah Sundargarh naam ke ek shahar rahe

Jeme Hiramani naam ke saahukaar rahe
(Where live a moneylender named Hiramani)
Hiramani ke Sundargarh mein jewar
(Hiramani had a business of jewellery)
Sundargarh mein ek Muniv rahal, jekar naam Deepchand rahe
(There also lives an accountant named Deepchand)
Ek din Deepchand himani se kehne laga ki
(One-day Deepchand asked his master Hiramani)
Maalik aap baar baar Bisuni Saah ke badi sarahna karela
(Master, you always praise Bisuni Saah)
Lekin hum aaj tak Bisuni Saah ke naa dekhli ki
(But till date, I never met him)
Okare mein ka gun hai ki aap aetna naa ratela
(What makes him so special and worthy of your praises)
Ek baar oo saahukaar ke apni Sundargarh shahar mein
(Invite him to our city at Sundargarh)
Devi ki humhau surat dekh leti
(Even I want to see his face)
Ee baat sunke Hiramani kahele ki
(Listening to this, Hiramani said)
Muneev khaamosh kar pareshaan hot hai
(Muniv, don't worry about this)
Hum bahut jaldi Bisuni Saah ke Sundargarh mein bulaeev
(Very soon, I will invite him to Sundargarh)
Aa tu unkar surat dekh lihe
(Then you may come and see his face)
Ek din Hiramani kya kiya haath mein kaagaj kalam uthaay
(One day, Hiramani took a paper and a pen in his hands)
Aur likhna jo saahukaar humare shahar mein pahla nagar par
(And started writing that whoever moneylender will arrive to his city first)
Sauda lekar aaega usko double munaafa diya jaaega
(He shall gain double profit)
Aure jo dusre naav par sauda laaega usko dedh guna munafa diya jaaega
(The one who will come second shall gain 1.5 times gain)
Jo teesre par aaega use vah barabari karke jaaega
(The one who will come third shall gain equal to his business)
Aur jo chauthe number mein aaega vo humare shahar se ghaata sahkar jaaega
(And the one who comes fourth, shall bear the loss)
Aetni baat chitthi mein likhke aur Bisuni Saah ke haath mein
(Writing this on a letter, he sent it to Bisuni Saah)
Chitthi de dena, chtthi lekar chal diya
(Upon getting the letter, Muniv proceeded)
Jaakar mein Bisuni Saah ko de diya
(And went ahead to give it to Bisuni Saah)
Jab Bisuni Saah chitthi padhe
(When Bisuni read the letter)
To usmein saaf likha tha ki
(It was clearly written in it)
Jo kar sauda pahila number mein
(One who comes first for business)
Ouke double monaafa dilaai
(Shall gain double profit)
Double kamaai padhkar Bisuni Saah dono haathe kapaar pakad liye
(Reading double gains, Bisuni Saah held his head with his hands)
Laad ke Sundargarh chal diye aur Sundargarh bazaar pahuch kar
(Carrying his things, he left for Sundargarh market)
Tambu gira diye
(Set up his tent)
sundar garh baazaar mein pahuchle ta dekh kar chakit hokar sochne lagal
(When he reached Sundargarh market, he was surprised to see)
Ki aaj Bisuni Saah ke bhaagya jaag gail aa bahut munaafa shahar se leke jaai
(That today's luck is at Bisuni’s end and he would take gain a lot from it)
Kaahe ki pahila number par sauda leke aail baa
(Since he is the first one to set up the business there)
Dekhi ki sachmuch mein chalak hai ki bantu ha
(Let's see if he is actually smart or just pretending to be one)
Pagal ka banawati roop banake dheere dheere Bisuni Saah ke paas pahucha
(Disguised as a demented person, Muniv went to Bisuni)
Namaste pranam karke sar amachar karne laga
(Greeting hi, he started asking his whereabouts)
Muniv pucha ki ae Saahu ji
(Muniv asked, “Hey Saahu ji!”)
Ka ka sauda leke hamre shahar mein aaike hui
(What have you brought with you to our city?)
