@chazinvite yeah the guy said I almost needed surgery. I let it heal before doing it again. Anyway I could get good news from the Doctors. Cheers mate I will remember the squats. and I have been icing it very often every day and see it has a great affect so far. fingers crossed. and good luck to you too on getting yourself back to 100%! You probably wouldn't remember me but I met you on my 18th Birthday at Bay66 haha which was in July 2006. Good times man. Hope for a speedy recovery! :D

@ndragon88 I am no doctor dude and certainly dont know the extent of your injury but it sounds if you have done this for the 3rd time you may need surgery to rebuild the ligaments. In my case its a small tare to the MCL i didnt do any physio, i iced it a lot rested for a few months then began training with a personal trainer, i find doing squats helped it get stronger faster tho. although id still say its only about 70% back to full strength. my advice wait and see what the doctors have to say

Chaz! plz reply to this. I have re injured my knee now for the 3rd time. Severe ligament damage all in my right knee. Will this ever heal? How or what did you do to speed up you recovery time. I have been told 6-8 weeks minimum and the MRI or Physio might even tell me I will never heal. I am still waiting for my appointment. But they warned me so I would not be completely surprised with that outcome. When did you know you was ok to skate properly again?
