To get the suspicious sand and gravel, you let them fall to some cobwebs, because they are entities, after few minutes they will become items, note you dont get anything from them if you plae it don and brush it

You can use a conduit in a prismirine structure to give you water breathing and haste😅

Anyway, I'm enjoying the video. PS: I use the conduit, which I placed near my main base - due to my tendency to bucket tropical fish (I've got quite a collection of unique ones).
