When I was a student, I was told this woman was my contact. I never got one response when I needed it. When I enquired to others, I got various answers with someone saying she had left, while another said she was still there. This may well be pure speculation on my part, but she sounds like the sort of person who shows up to receive plaudits while others do the groundwork.

This is absolutely untrue. She was my trainer in 2021 and she was fantastic. Prompt replies and constant support. She was a wonderful trainer, put an enormous amount of effort into running classes multiple times a week on different units and always answered any questions we had. She certainly isn’t someone who just “shows up to receive plaudits”. She works extremely hard.
