This car is a JC Whitney catalog of accessories!😆😂 BUT, Anthony I appreciate you for showing not only your top stuff like the Broughams and Lincolns, but also fixers like this. It's nice to see an honest, well-rounded broker these days. '04 is when they started putting the updated Northstar in these, and at 68k miles with the maintenance you've done, it's a solid ride. Florida car means solid undercarriage too. Remove the spoiler and remove/fix the top, and this is a good car for the money.

Even with the scratches which maybe can be fixed, it is a heck of a deal. Still needs whitewalls though, and that spoiler removed.

Had a 2005 model. I put over 200k on it. The northstar in mine was a good engine. If this car had a factory paint job put on it plus a new roof it would be almost a new car.

Over 100,000 miles is rarely done on a Northstar, so what you had was excellent!👍

04-11 Northstars were good. They changed the head bolts and rear main seals starting that year and the engines were solid. Starting in 06, they even supercharged them for the XLR-V and STS-V. They've stood the test of time over the years.

Wow - that is a lot of car for $2,995! If the buyer wants to future proof the Northstar there are aftermarket head stud/bolt kits that give the proper clamping force to alleviate head gasket leakage, and they can be retrofitted without engine disassembly. Once head bolts are upgraded there is an easy 200,000 more miles of life in the engine.

A very nice Deville , Who ever buys this is getting a real good deal especially for the asking price of $3000.00 .Its loaded with a nice package its clean And quiet all it needs from what I seen the dealer pointed out is a few little touch uppers here and there Other than that its a nice car. I had a 2003 DTS a couple years ago And the Northstar on it was nice with no problems.😊

Interesting about the pre-2004 Northstar engines....hadn't really heard that, but I've never really been interested in one. Love that the original purchaser went nuts on ordering things for the car....all the bells/whistles.

God bless you, I think the price and you offering this for 3 dimes says a lot about you, as you said it starts and goes, just like people not everyone has the money to spend on certain cars, if anything I thing this is a great idea, if your interested in building your subscribers up, this is it…. Sell a cheap caddy every 5 or 6 expensive caddies, watch how many More people will watch your channel, plus your doing something really nice for the little guy, just a idea,…… plus the guy upstairs will give you a big thumbs up…

I love it! I wish I could buy it!! I like some bling on a Cadi, but I’ve never been a fan of trunk spoilers on a sedan nor gold trim kits altogether, but otherwise I love it and could definitely love this car. I like the wood grain kit that was added as well. I had an ‘03 base and loved it. You replaced the water pump-that was a frequent issue with my two Northstars, replacing it multiple times under the Cadi Certified warranty on my ‘01 Seville STS.

They've always had weak water pumps since 91, both stock AC Delco and aftermarket. Not sure if they ever figured it out.

3 Grand is a heck of a good deal. North stars still scare me. I got burned really bad with a Seville. Cost over $4k to have Timeserts installed.

I'm getting a 2001 Sedan Deville from my 96yo lady friend since she stopped driving. 48,000 miles. Silver gray, black leather....smells new. Only thing to do is repaint both bumpers from a very few scrathes.....she just had breaks, oil pan, radiator replaced yadda yadda....she had Cadillac pick it up and make like new again, she dropped well over 5k into it. She'd had Cadillac pick it up drive it there and change oil since it was new....gonna LOVE it!!!! Driving a cloud, baby!!!

brakes? at 48k? I was going to question that but then I considered the driver. possibly more cautious than many. brakes would possibly be in order by then. It sounds like a dream car. Enjoy!

Great buy, Anthony. Hey Papa Bear. I'm so tempted, but gas gauge issue kind of worries me. My volunteer driving for for senior's medical appointments has finally resumed...and my dream still is to make the clients feel like a celebrity on the days I drive them. Also curious as to the rear springs/air shocks issue. I've been saving for one of your gems for about four years now...after seeing on of the white Towncars you offered. One day soon hopefully. My budget could stretch a little if the concerns of mine could be eliminated. I love and look forward to your videos. Your honesty and ethics are superb.

I would be surprised if someone actually went into a showroom and sat down and ordered all those add on’s , more likely the dealer dressed it up put it in the middle of the showroom floor and waited for the first older retired couple to walk in. 3000.00 you can’t get hurt. Can a top be taken off with no damage? Back 1/3 painted, rip off the 'stainless' on the bottom & next owner would be set. The hood & decklid need more than a polish, starting with compound first.

Love all the luxury car videos. Hopefully with the industry going emissions free electric, than luxury land yachts will be making a huge return to the horizon. I sure miss them! Hey! Does a 91 DeVille 82000 miles looks decent but has some brown in the coolant but the of overall car is clean and shows fairly decent and is found in a Michigan new car dealership/used inventory sound any good to buy? (Battery was dead/did not start)

Nice car but fun fact when that north star needs head gaskets will coast more then the cars worth to repair it I had one of these cadillacs and when the head gasket went i was told 3800 from a shop 4k from the dealer.

Dimmitt Cadillac, I know that name from when I lived in Clearwater, Florida from 1988 to 1994 which he also had & still might have a Chevrolet dealer. I don't know if he had a Cadillac dealer outside ot Clearwater or not.
