It a concert properties building. You can get in $1300. There is one more building on Robson street where u can get one bedroom for $1400. Otherwise new high rises easily $2300-3000 for one bedroom

I would say it’s Surrey if you’re looking for cheap accommodation But if it’s near UCW then maybe burnaby or marine drive
