Late to the party here but vicks is said to intensify the effects of certain substances…like the one that starts with E. They have the little vicks inhaler things I would assume that’s what she was referring to. Not the rub.

LOVE your videos! You always make me laugh. Your sense of humor is like mine. 👍 Idk if anybody answered your question about the Vicks, but Vicks also makes a little plastic stick (about the same size as lip balm) that you insert into your nostril. It’s supposed to unclog your nose if you have a cold or allergies. I’m not sure if they still make them. Yes, I’m ancient, which is how I know about Vicks sticks. 😂😂

Someone who goes to Rave's more often than not take E's (Ecstasy) they also like to take Vicks. If you sniff Vick's while on E's it gives you a rush. Yes I know this first hand as I was a 90's raver.
