Bahut time ho gaya ye sab karte hue. Shuruaat me pareshani bahut hoti thi lekin dhire dhire badhati gayee gamle aur mitti. Time lagega lekin ho jayega.

You place the dried cow dung cakes in a tub, place a brick above them and start pouring water on top of them slowly and just leave it with adequate water just to cover the brick, the water will easily be absorbed by the cow dung and they will easily be diluted withn the required qty of water

No need to put bricks as some of the water absorbed by bricks ..as after few hrs cake will absorb water and deep down in tub so.no.need to put bricks...
