That's a good intake for the money. The best part is the 4 corner cooling which SBC heads need all the help they can get. With port matching and runner clean up and 1" spacer, you have a winner.

I wish they would recess around the cross over ports so you could blank them off with a little plate if you wanted to. I had to blank mine off with a thin piece of tin off a coffee can lid so it was thin enough not to bend the manifold when i bolted it down.

Pretty good deal it seems, has waffle pattern on floor which is nice, and if one wanted to paint it orange to blend a bit on a stockish looking build there is nothing to have to grind off.

That intakes good for up to around 450hp range. Not a bad piece. Price definitely lookin good.

Yah it's pretty much the same as the RPM, I should of measured the runners for the video but they are on the larger side.

@@BOOT I seen someone flow test a few dualplane intakes a while back, I believe that one actually outflows the rpm by a few numbers in out of the box form. I was surprised.

Most the time they pretty good But with the amount of stuff I order, it's bound to happen. Still in spring you'll see how I got some larger messed up parts LOL

On a SBC it's keyed But not all years had the timing marks at the same point. Vortecs are different than older years, can't rem if TBI is?

That vacuum port is useless using a Holley carb. The mounting holes being so big is a sign that they are not centered well. Otherwise why so big? I’m sorry but made in china eliminates it from consideration. I’ll pay more for USA, but then again this is where we live and if you want to keep jobs here ……… maybe your own job.
