Just bought one. Great switch. I've only got 2 light switches in the front room but this makes movie time and late nights much quieter and easier to turn off the lights... top left for lamp on, bottom left for lamp off, top right for TV lights on, bottom right for TV lights off... superb!

So only for the smartscene switch u require hub, but once smart scene switch is added to smartlife app when we add scenes of wifi smart switch and work it?? or all the scene switches also needs to be zigbee

I have 4 of these switches. They don't work with the Echo hub. Trying to find a work around as I have 98% of my smart home switched over to the Echo hub (lights mostly) and I can't find any answers as to how I can connect with my smart home without moving everything over to another bridge.

Hi, I've had one of these for about 4 months now.. works flawless with the zigbee zemismart 3 way wall switch you recommended, the 2032's will work.. but the battery wont last as long.. I brought a 3 way glass looking battery equivalent too.. but that needed 2 batteries and died after about about 6 weeks. As always great content. look forward to the next one.

@@GeekStreet look on banggood for item 1625334 although I would only do it for curiosity as I wouldn't recommend it.. it's the same as your wall switch.. which i assume is the no neutral one we spoke about a while back that kept turning off on me (I think i had a duff unit)

since the product name called scene switch is confusing or misleading. Actually, the switches can be configured to activate anything for example on/off a wifi power socket , right ?

Great video. Have you tried the switch with Home assistant? If so, do the buttons connect with Home assistant without the hub, or even do they connect individually to HA?

I've got it added into HA via Tuya but it has no entities and doesn't trigger any events, so I have no idea how to use it in HA :( So frustrating.

@@BillyF2LJeffs What Zigbee integration do yo use ? (ZHA, Deconz, Zibgee2MQTT) On the /developer-tools/event page in HA, have you tried to start listening to events (zha_event or deconz_event) then pushing down the buttons on your remote to see if any event shows up ?

I bought one from GRIER and works great. So i decided to buy 4 more, but GRIER didn't have it anymore. So I bought from HAZOEE and this one (with the exactly same look) doesn't have the feature to select a already existing Tap to run scene. I have to create one scene for each button for each action. So I will have to create 48 new scenes from scratch (4 x keypads x 4 buttons x 3 actions). Does someone knows how to solve this?

I bought 2 of those switches. How do I put them in pairing mode. 10 secs on button 1 result in a flashing green led but it's nog flashing quick enough. Atleast I can't get it to work with the Smart Life app. Any help? I have the Moesgo zigbee 3.0 hub

You may want to contact the seller and confirm the hubs its compatible with, i've only tested with the zemismart hub.

Hi. How did you set a scene to increase brightness by percentages on tuya? I only get an option to increase it to a fixed value. This makes it impossible for me to use scenes to increase or decrease brightness using scenes

Lol I put in a cr2032 as well. I have two of these. First one bought from zemismart which is all good. My second one is a bit weird. The buttons were all jumbled up and not according to what was indicated. Anyway I had to program it base on trial and error. No big deal. I use both switches for my 6 roller blinds

If they are connected to the Tuya/Smart Life app then yes. If they are not connected to the Tuya/Smart Life app (eg they are TP-Link) then no. However I think its possible to add everything to the Amazon Echo 4th Gen (not the mini) since it has ZigBee and WiFi. You can then use it "If button1 then switch/light ..."

I bought one and it's somethign wrong with it. Batteries constantly show 100% but last 4weeks and then suddenly switch starts sending the events. utter garbage.

I have a 4 button version of this, the only thing I would like is that Google would find it so i can set Google scenens. That way ypu would be able to start air cleaner when leaving the home, vacuum on etc etc.

Depends on your smart bulb. Some only have on and off. Other bulbs also have the option of on/off reverse power which is what you need if you are using the same trigger.

None of my bulbs of varying brands are showing the on/off option in smart life. Only ON or OFF. I can't understand how this is such a big deal when the app already knows if the device is on or off, so it would only be a simple bit of code to allow the toggle options for all bulbs. Stupid :(
