What's up guys, today I'm going to show you the cheapest apartments or condos for rent that are less than $400 per month in Phnom Penh. This video will show you 3 different apartments or condos that you can rent for less than $400 per month in Phnom Penh. What facilities do they have? How big or small are they over there and what can you get for such a low price? What are they like? There are many houses, apartments and condos that are available for foreigners to rent or buy. I'm not a professional editor or property agent. I made this video to share what I know only :)

Cambodia is a Southeast Asian nation whose landscape spans low-lying plains, the Mekong Delta, mountains and Gulf of Thailand coastline. Phnom Penh, its capital, is home to the art deco Central Market, glittering Royal Palace and the National Museum's historical and archaeological exhibits. In the country's northwest are the ruins of Angkor Wat, a massive stone temple complex built during the Khmer Empire.
Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s busy capital, sits at the junction of the Mekong and Tonlé Sap rivers. It was a hub for both the Khmer Empire and French colonialists. On its walkable riverfront, lined with parks, restaurants and bars, are the ornate Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and the National Museum, displaying artifacts from around the country. At the city’s heart is the massive, art deco Central Market.

Great video! How can I find out if the rooms are still available? I especially like the one with the sauna and pool. Do they rent monthly? Also, a stove is either gas or electric. Never use “gas electric stove “. Use “ electric stove” or “gas stove “. Injustice want to help, I’m a teacher. Very impressed with this video and your use of the language! Well done!

Hello, Thank you so much for your good content. I am really interested in apartment number 2, or equivalent, if it is still available. Can you tell me, and tell me how to rent? I would stay several months. If you have others apartments like this but more close from the city center and under 400$ I would be very interested. Thank you
