I press browser follow instructions to download and install, app then it says library update and eventually timed out what am I doing wrong and have sim and sd card installed.

I got this watch BUT it DOESN'T have CHROME just Facebook/WhatsApp/Twice Icons but they try to connect but show 404 and I got the sim card on. How do I access to a browser or how can I install one? Please help. Thank you and thanks for the video.

you don't install the browser. You activate the sim card to use it. It should be 2g network.
