I have been kkeeping track of how much I've spent but the list was on my old phone which decided to give up so I dont have the breakdown, but so far I have spent 8900, I've bought lots of things which you haven't seen so anything spent from here will be added to this tally.

So the timber is from Sassafras ? I suppose the only saving grace is that the troopy was cheap enough that what ever work you put into it you will get it back

Hopefully, depending on how much work I needs, taking the roof off showed a lot of rust
