These are my favorite live videos for sales a few times a year. As a value purchaser I benefit from these “holiday” sales, open box, scratch and dent, factory refurbished and used. These allow me to get the quality components I want.

FYI, it takes 2 years for formaldehyde to completely off gas. 50% in one year. I wouldn't want it sitting in an unventilated room I was living in.

It's a pity that prime day is not consistent with prices globally, I went on to look at the the hifiman XS here in Ireland after watching you and they are discounted here to €430 (euros) which is $470.Thats a huge difference, so I won't be buying them this time. Love the channel

@@waynethompson4315 I really don't get the haters. No, they don't play extremely loud. However, the detail, tone, and air they produce, for the price point, is crazy. And they scale so well. From my $70 Fosi amp to my Emotiva stuff, so the way to my $2k Marantz gear, they get better and reveal more. And they are low volume champs. Let me know how you like them. Highly recommend a sub.

Hearing from actual consumers is the best since they have "skin in the game" as opposed to reviewers who have almost nothing to lose but a little time which they are being compensated for by subscribers. No offense to reviewers. Just stating the obvious.

Denon's website has factory refurbished models, with one year factory warranty, for really good prices. I lucked out earlier this year and picked up the 760H, refurb AND on sale, for $225. It looks brand new, everything was checked and measured at the factory (something that's not done on all units coming down the assembly line). It's better than the Denon X2300 I owned a few years ago.

I can't say enough good things about Crutchfield. Support is excellent. Their sales team, also excellent. They could have upsold to make a buck, but they didn't. I told them about my room specifics and asked if I should get 1 or 2 of a specific subwoofer or 1 of the next model up sub. They recommended 1 of the 1st sub and if I thought I needed more the do the 2 subs. They were right, 1 was just the right fit for my room. I had to exchange a speaker because holes for 1 of the feet spaced incorrectly. Not only could I use the speaker until the replacement came. The return was as easy as it could have been.

Unfortunately, the JbL studio 500 series clearance days are long gone, but learn from the past. I witnessed the same with the prior L800series also, and I think JBL clears their warehouses to accommodate the new models. Slashing prices in half in the process! Luckily, I picked the 570 & 580 in time and am so happily impressed with their performance. Lesson: Don't be afraid of the trigger!

Prime Day no matter. Just replaced 2 DAPs. Budget was modestly mid-high I guess. Large size for 'desktop' / system connection and 1 small for pocket / travel. A wet accident disabled a Fiio M11. Went for another higher end Fiio that was available retail in NYC. Still transferring almost a Tb of files from PC to it. So while I was at it, got something else on Amazon to replace SONY NW-105 which hardly was ever used (poor battery life, SONY software for PC and file mgmt. on device) are poor with have tens of thou. of files.

Any thoughts on the wiim amp vs the za3 with the wiim pro? Lose the all in one solution but seem to gain a lot of power without losing much or any capabilities. About the same price too

I just ordered the WIIM Mini, the WIIM PRO, and the SMSL SU-1. Going to try a few configurations and see what I like. One (or possibly two pieces) could go back, depending.

I was disappointed in the SU-1. It gets great reviews, but I didn’t care for the sound. Very thin compared to Schiit. Good luck!

Randy, I have a male 1/2 Pomeranian 1/2 Shih-Tzu who will be 4 in November. My brother had 2 Female Shih-Tzu and were idiots when he was married. So the dog’s name is Harry….actually Prince Harry Bartholomew (named after Prince Harry from England due to when he was younger he had really dark ginger fur)…Bartholomew for John Canday’s character Barf The Mog in Spaceballs. But I am more a cat than dog person but had growing up as a kid…..to me cats are just easier to care for. Harry has changed my mom’s life. Harry can spend money….never gets in trouble…..I spend money….I get the book thrown at me.

Question For you, can I pair the fosi v3 with this wiim amp to make a stack. I don't stream allot. I would like my records and some streaming plus TV to be multi room though. But need the sound as good as I can get on a budget in at least one room. Do I need the added dak unit? I'll be adding the Sony scs also, with my other speakers in other rooms.

@@Dealuvsbill Wiim amp doesn’t have preamps out so you cannot. The Wiim ultra will fill that spot since it’s only a front end streamer or preamp

Amazon has Heco Aurora 1000 for $326 each right now. I bought them at that price and then cancelled because I am an idiot and have too many speakers. Audioholics gave a favorable review. I don't think they will be at that price for very long. Probably a mistake.

I think I'm going to grab these. I'm a teacher so I'll always be a brokie. I have kef ls50 meta I got for a steal used and a NAD c328 and another streamer with 50 watts per channel. Any reason not to buy this? Any reasons to buy this? I wanna hear you rave please :)
