I stayed at the hotel customer service was great and so was wifi. The con for me was the shuttle

I agree shuttle was hit or miss...Most of the time I would just walk over to next door hotel and use that shuttle 😊

I think four points is not 5 star. They are middle class for 3-4star

Yes I agree in 🇺🇸 3 stars for sure, but in KSA they are definitely 5 Star on paper.

It’s common in the Middle East. Stars mean little. Dubai’s the same. They call 2 or 3 stars 4 and 5 star hotel. It’s annoying if you are from the States.
