Nice and a uselful idea for metropolitan areas but just as you mentioned yourself too, as a claustrophobic I can't imagine ever being able to be in one of these pods for any more than a few minutes. Good vid!

コロナ禍だと ２千円前後で宿泊できるビジネスホテル有ったんですがもう価格上がってるんですかね？ カプセルホテルって泊まったことないけど、他の人のいびきとか、上のカプセルの人の振動とかはどうなんですか？

Why are there shower shoes in every toilet area?

In Japan it’s considered more hygienic to switch your regular sandals for bathroom-specific sandals that are only worn in toilet areas and can be sanitized. This convention probably developed due to traditional Japanese-style squat toilets, which put your feet very close to splash range.
