Hello, this is SoloWilder stove - the maker of the hot tent pellet stove in the video, here are the reasons and solutions for the problems in the video: 1. The reason why the pellets cannot be completely burned: the ash after the pellets are burned needs to slowly fall from the gap to the ash hopper. The blogger showed that the pellets are not burned at the bottom because the pellets at the bottom have finished burning. The burnt ash blocked the gap, causing the pellet ash to not fall down in time, affecting the falling of new particles above it. As long as the Automatic pellet feeding device is filled with combustible pellets, the combustible part of the entire pellet will It will be fully burned. If the shooting time is when it just starts burning, we can see that the particles in the entire hollow groove can be burned. When the particles are almost burned out, the flame will appear like the blogger The same combustion occurs with only the upper flame. 2. Blackening of the glass: There are certain reasons for the curved furnace tube. The smoke that should be discharged upward is squeezed at the first section of the furnace tube, and the smoke that should be discharged quantitatively is restricted. If it can be discharged in sufficient quantity, This problem can be avoided by discharging it. This is one reason. Then the burned ash material does not fall into the ash hopper in time, allowing more new particles to fall and burn, resulting in the firepower in the furnace becoming smaller. After the firepower becomes smaller, the ones underneath are burned out. There will be no flames in the particles, and more of the residual heat will cause black smoke to emit. But don’t worry, as long as you control the firepower in the furnace, you can avoid this problem. 3. Number of furnace tubes: We are already discussing this issue, because 4 furnace tubes can be completely installed into the furnace body and are more convenient to carry. If everyone likes more furnace tubes, we can solve this problem later. At present, if you want more furnace tubes, you can go to our store to purchase according to your needs. If you have any suggestions or questions about our products, you are welcome to communicate with us and update your suggestions and support.

I’m not following the ash problem and the fire only being at the top of the burn chamber, please explain that more. How can the ashes not falling be solved? As for the elbows. The stove itself has one 180 degree turn and then a 90 degree turn. Adding elbows shouldn’t affect the burn as long as there is enough pipe afterwards to produce a good draw. After the elbows I have 5 more feet of pipe that I have added myself. So in total it has 7 feet of chimney. I will try adding more pipe and also using only straight chimney to see if that solves the blackening of the glass. Thanks for watching the video and I’m always interested in more stoves.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the information provided here. As someone who recently made a purchase of a different pellet stove on Amazon, the number of pipes included was a significant factor in my decision-making process. It ultimately influenced me to choose the other stove, as it offered a lower price and included all necessary components in a single purchase. After watching this video, I must say there are many excellent points highlighted that resonate with me as a frequent hot-tent camper. The insights have been valuable in understanding the features and benefits of the product. Best regards!

Pretty clean looking stove and seems well built. I feel like that swivel chair is going to be the most featured product in your videos going forward lol. 13 hours of burn time is pretty wild but I wonder how well it would keep warm in cold temps, I wonder if the burn issue is a feature or a bug lol. So strange. Makes no sense that the company doesn't supply enough stove pipe to realistically operate the stove, they need to fix that for sure.

Oddly enough I built one using a burner and a metal garbage can. I tried it out last November in One Tigres Rock Fortress tent. I stayed warm but the bottom 14 inches or so frosted up quite bad, so needless to say, wet sleeping bag and other gear. Winter is almost over here in Alberta so I'm not sure if I'll get a chance to give it a try. I'm going to build a better looking stove using a real stove and not a garbage can! Thanks for getting back to me so fast, brother! I'm hoping to get my channel up and running in the next month or so, I'm hoping to get up to the Yukon with my jet boa and film so great adventures!
