In the first place, this room facility is only AVAILABLE FOR RAILWAY PASSENGERS, who're departing from Bangalore Railway station. IT'S NOT FOR REGULAR PUBLIC.

I think it's not possible, if you have the journey from that station only you can book the room. even they will ask you PNR when you take the room

Yes you can book anytime if the slots are available. In yours, Eg: 6.30 AM to 8 AM = ₹175 & 8AM to 8PM = ₹175. PNR is must.

Time slit is 8-8 bro. for example if you are staying 8-8 you have to pay 175 and for next two hours also you have to pay 175 bro. Best take in the time slot. In ac deluxe I think 2-3 can stay I guess.

You can book at anytime if it is vacant, they are following the slot at 8-8 (8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8am) basis. So plan accordingly. .
