Man it is simpler than that. They just train harder. They grow up in a society where combat sports is the most popular thing. Like football in Brazil. Brazilians produced some of the greatest footballers and Chechnya produces great fighters.

Yeah but why are all of them the size of 10 year olds? Are there any fully grown adults in that country? Everyone is 5'6 135-155. Can't even get a decent welterweight.....
