**Ingredients**
Cooked Rice
Diced Carrots
Spring Onions
Eggs
Sausages
Corned Beef
Soy Sauce
Blend of Garlic and Ginger
For the Fried Chicken
Chicken Drumsticks
Blended Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Aniseed and Rosemary for steaming
Plain Flour and Corn Flour/Starch - equal portions
Ground black pepper
Garlic granules
Chicken Seasoning
Salt tt
For the Salad
Lettuce
Carrots - grated
Boiled Eggs
Baked Beans
Mayonnaise
Ketchup

The easy way to separate the rice is by sprinkling water else with the ladle only the rice might look like a broken rice. Thank you.❤

No dear, I didn’t but you can add some to it at the same time you add your ginger and garlic paste. I added shito when I served to make up for the absence of the chillies. Hope it helps. Thanks for watching 🙏🏾
