Check your Charger Connection Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
- Check the USB end that plugs into your adapter and make sure its all the way in.
- Check the end that connects to your phone and make sure it plugged in fully.
- Make sure there is no lint or dirt or other obstruction in the USB port of the adapter.
- Make sure there is no lint, grime or dust or other obstruction in the charge port of your phone.
- Switch out USB cable or adapter for a new one.
When done correctly the error will go away and your phone will charge fully as it should at the rated speed of the adapter.

i think its a samsung feauture. i had and still have this problem and bought a new charger and still had this bug. it is totally samsung's fault for making shit phones and chargers with problems before all that, i never had such a problem in a decade

Is there a way to get the "charger connection error" messages to start popping back up? I accidentally clicked "dont show again" but i want to see them, because it lets me know if my phone is connected properly or not. Whereas now i cant tell, so i think my phones charging, just to come back 20min later and its gone up 1%. Very frustrating. With the message pop up, i would know to re adjust my phone before walking away

You can't enable it anymore but if you scrolled to your notifications you can see if your phone is charging properly or not

Thank you so much i have never got this notification before but the only thing that would charge my phone was a comuter charger it took so longto charge and no normal phone charger would even charge my phone at all but after cleaning every charger it worked perfectly and it only took 1 hr and 35mins instead of 9hrs

Thanks, I checked the cable after not understanding what check cable meant. Turns out I had my blender plugged into my phone. Thank god for this video to tell me to check the connection after a connection error. Never gave that a thought.

As stupid as this sounded but it actually worked 😂👌🏼 I used my air compressor and cleaned the phone and the charger and it's working now 🙏🏼

Check the charger wattage. I have a cheap 5 watt charge to carry at work. It's a 5V 1.0a charger. When I use it it get the check your charging cable warning. It think it senses that you simply have super slow charging. I have a small 5 watt 12V input car charger . It does the same thing. Cable is fine. If I plug into the USB be port in the vehicle it charges just fine but still slowbut normal for a USB A port. Phone was designed for a faster charger.

here's the solution if y'all still couldn't solve it so plug the cable to ur phone but connect it through a pc/laptop, there should be an "USB option" notification, then y'all wanna have to go to that notification, and select "this device" and "charging phone only", the charging settings should be fixed and finally y'all just have to charge it through the normal charger again, and it should be fine hope this helps ☝🏼
