The tool guys wait outside the trade schools and get the new graduates to sign a contract for 50 thousand in tools.

They fix nothing, just throw parts at it until it runs again.

Exactly, those 3rd world places totally have better schools and equipment for mechanics to accomplish their work with a high standard of craftsmanship. Mechanics that can afford a 25,000$ toolbox, plus the cost of tools must be complete shade-tree hacks that can't get work. You don't need any diagnostic tools or anything like torque wrenches to work on modern equipment that cost many hundreds of thousands of dollars, in America our large scale farming is done all by hand because the mechanics are useless when it comes to fixing equipment.......

Tools can't replace common sense and good worth ethics

@@anokkelantan3870 working on a cylinder head on the dirty ground isn't professional. Using a mallet and socket by banging on the valve springs to get the keepers out isn't professional either. If he doenst change how he does things or where he does things he will never be considered a professional. Professionals never work on engines or cylinder heads on the dirty ground where you can do more damage than good. Even if youre just tearing the engine down you wouldn't do it in the dirt. You always work in a clean environment. Its seems like in alot of these videos they dont care and are just trying to make a quick buck.

Ah, no, he should be in school, instead of getting poisoned. Also it's odd that they are pressure testing with costly carbide, when one can hear an air compressor in the background that would do pressure testing for like free and without chemicals.

@@nealbeard1 I agree but sometimes what you learn outside of school help to build your future I grew up on a farm I had constant work to do I went on to college too now I'm a welder something I learned before college and it paid my way through school

The shaft is as far as engines go is 'loosely' bushed by the valve guide - no wear-matching, and the valve sealing surfaces are all lapped and inspected for contact.

Right, their parents send them. Or they do it by their own will. They belong from very poor families to support their family they start learning & working at age of 12 or 15. Also they get very little pay like $3 or $5. But they don't beg & prefer to work.
