Just came across this video. First it is practically impossible to judge quality only by mere comparison. There are quality equipment present for measuring percent of broken damage discolour chaki of rice. The quality standards are same for MDM and PDS (during inward). As on outward for MDM and PDS the rice should be cleaned and completely free from pest otherwise outward cannot happen. With due respect the video is a misrepresentation of what really happens in a warehouse. And for quality documents it is hardly possible for warehouse officers to complete the main QC register. So details are mentioned in a Daily Dairy or Rough Records and only in the evening when every data is verified then the data is complied in the Final QC register. Also warehouse staff are outnumbered during inward or outward. The sheer volume of activity that happens during the process are way beyond control. One guy has to keep track of weighbridge, one guy have to take samples of dumped lot at plinth, one guy has to check quality and one guy has to maintain the overall system and manage the situation. This is for 10000 MT warehouse when the number is 50000 MT , the system might get out of control so more manpower is required. So before sharing a specific view point please try to understand they are also human and have to get the job done in best possible route following the govt standard and protocols. None the less have some empathy while you're conducting a warehouse audit

Title is wrongly mentioned. She's checking in state government godown not in FCI godown. FCI supplies their stock to sate government and then statement govt. Allot the grain to ration shops. . FCI is not responsible for any quality deterioration after offtake from FCI godown by state government. In her conversation that guy is clearly telling that stock is coming from FCI it means she is checking in state government godown not in FCI.

looks lady doesn't know what to check if she is questioning on quality of rice she should check specifications in tender with material available and do necessary test in lab in front of her second she needs to check register of payment and received goods she should also cross check goods received at outward end in customer s end

मैम ये फसीआई वाले बिना पैसे लिए सरकारी क्रय केंद्र से खरीदे हुए खाद्यान के ट्रक को गोदाम में नहीं आने देते। महीने महीने भर ट्रक को गोदाम के बाहर खड़ा रहने देते है। दुनिया भर की कमी निकलते है। जबकि पैसा देने के बाद नमी वाला, फंगस लगा हुआ भी खाद्यन भी लेे लेते है। उसके बाद गोदाम में जब अनाज सड जाता है तो अपनी जिम्मेदारी से बच जाते है।
