I love your videos. I've been selling on eBay since it first started in the 90s off and on and just recently started full-time now in my senior years. Sometimes I get stuck in the old ways of doing things so it's always nice to see it from fresh eyes and a refreshing happy face. I look forward to more videos. Thank you for the insight, I think I spend way too much time on my listings I take 12 pics and add a bunch of stuff in my description, I'm going to try to keep it more simple and basic and try to get more items up in a lot less time, honestly I really think people buy from the pictures most the time anyway. Just learning about the resale business. Reminds me of real estate. I "list" houses. I do the "comps" (comparables) to figure out what to list houses for. I also measure the rooms and describe the house. I should be able to transition into the resale world just fine. Thanks for the tips!

I think you're doing a great job with the videos. I like how sarcastic you are, reminds me of myself. lol The only helpful advice I have is that your sound goes lower and higher. I had to keep adjusting the volume so that I could hear you. Also, be careful of using mainstream music, you will get dinged by KZfaq for copyright infringement if you don't pay for the rights to use the song. (which you may already know and be paying for it! Just wanted to make sure.)

Heather EBay fees are 10% final value fee I.e. the total price a customer pays for the entire purcase including shipping + 0.30 cents. PayPal is 2.9% + 0.30 cents

Good luck with your store. The bins are the best. i have to travel 3 hours to the closest goodwil bins but still worth it, ohio needs more bin. paypal debit makes life easier for sure plus you get money back.

Hey precious. I just started selling and I have had pretty good luck with BIN but may relist some items to Auction to get more traffic so my limits can be raised. I wish we had bins close to me. The closest one is 4 hours away and I just don't know if it would be worth the trip. Maybe I'll try it when I have enough sales to warrant a motel room so I can spend two days there and check them out.

Im wondering if I open a store will those limits go away? What are the advantages to having a store? Do you have to specialize on a certain product type?

Nicole; you do not have to specialize in specific product. Some folks have a "niche" selling thus sell one type of product. Only you can determine if a store is right for you. Try several months just listing. After you build up to 100 plus items revisit idea. God bless & good luck!

Danielle Cardenas Ask them why you have to call to raise the limit. I called this weekend to find out what my limited was and they told me technically I have no limit. They said some sellers aren't forth coming with the info for ebay and that's why they have a limit. Just ask them why you have a limit and what do you have to do to get it completely removed.
