I picked this one up yesterday - I love the split keyboard. I think it's a great ensemble tool for sketching or scoring synthy soundtracks.

I would think developers would need a lot of confidence to make a plugin which specializes in the, highly saturated, ambient/pad/drone VST marketplace. With physical modeling technology still advancing, I don't understand why we're not seeing a gluttony of 'modeling' software in all shapes and sizes =rhetorically speaking. I grab most of those VSTs within seconds of hearing them (good ones).

With all due respect Dan you should try opening up the mod wheel, it usually makes a helluva difference with these kind of sets.

With Arctica, the Mod wheel doesn't actually do anything unless separately assigned to one one of the knobs.
