There is or was a video on flying that plane in there , it's worth looking for . C97 cargo plane . Built with the wings and tail of a B29

Good job. My guess on the wheel moving is that if it was moving left or right, it was likely the Ailerons out on the backside of the wings. If the wheel moved in and out, it was likely the elevator's, which is the wing in the back. Kind of a simple explanation. CAVU

Yes that’s what it was. It was clear to see that they were moving after I stopped recording.
