For the Ketchup and Mayo sauce... add a little bit of garlic. It'll make a HUGE difference. It'll taste 100 times better. I'm from Puerto Rico and that's how we make it. Hope you try it and enjoy it!

Whenever I make burgers in advance someone ultimately ruins them xD Mostly because I don't eat them myself, but make them for my family. Last time I did, I told my father 'patties are in the fridge so if you get hungry, get one'. Well needless to say he did and being the culinary ignoramus he is, microwaved it >_< Sacrilege. I threw such a fit you would not believe. Anyway, he doesn't do that anymore, and knows better. Instead of shredded cheese I would use cubed cheddar pieces, I think that would work better. Can't wait to try this recipe it looks so delish!
