I love that you mentioned warming up because too many people didn't point out that you need to do some jumping jacks or something for a light warmup on their stretching videos.

I'm not a flyer but I have better flexibility than any flyer I've ever had on my teams. So I'm going to keep it that way so I can be a worlds flyer one day!

TYSM i quit cheer last year and my legs weren't that flexible anymore, and i started stteching yesterday and thanks to you and these great Exercises, i got my left and right splits in under 20 MIns!!!

Hey Erica ! I love your videos ! They really help me💖!! I will try to do this in the morning and at night so I can get better! Hopefully my jumps will get better😅& I will try to remember to do all of these at cheer practice ! Also I did the heel stretch hold thing once the first time and it was correct then now I can't do it anymore😭!! But thanks !!

For high school cheer what are all the essentials you would need to know to get in and that includes all the flips and tricks also what would you recommend to be bonus things the judges would like to see.

this was very helpful i learned how to do a bow and arrow on my left leg (i know how to do one on my right already) i learned how to do a right leg split (i knew how to do a left leg split) and i learned how to get even more flexible in stretching my body out Thank you very much i am super grateful you posted this video P.s. sorry texted so much :)

Hi!!! I love you vids, they totally help!! I'm a cheerleader, and I fly, so they always help! I was just wondering about my back... My back arches and my spine sticks out a bit, but it's not too bad. I can do a straight leg scale and a back bend, I just can't get a needle or scorpion, no matter how many back flexibility workouts I try. Any tips? Thanks 🎀

+Hailey Heinzman Just work REALLY REALLY hard. I have a friend who is the most flexible contortionist I have EVER seen, and when she first started dancing she couldn't even point her feet or do the splits, and her back was phenomenally not flexible.

ERICA!!!! you are a great teacher and all, but most of the stretches and stuff in you videos I can't do because I DON'T HAVE MY SPLITS!!!!!!!! I'm not flexible!!! I cant do the sideline kicks, I can't do a heel stretch, and as hard as I try, as many tutorials I watch, I CAN'T DO A SPLIT!!! I'm DESPERATE!!! Any advice? :/

I wanna do cheer next year for 7th grade. I never really had a lot of other cheer, I have a cheer camp i need to do first. A lot of girls who had cheer experience are going to be there and I'm scared. I lost my backhandspring and I can't do it agian. Could you do a video on how to get really flexible and how to not be scared doing a backhandspring. IM TERRIFIED TO DO A BACKHANDSPRING. Please could you do that? Thanks💕

just tried this, since I'm a cheerleader, no longer a flyer but still need to stretch etc plus I want to do tumbling during the summer or later. This is great and I can already feel it working! I'll be sore tomorrow but it'll be worth it lol

This is really fun to do - you come across so energetic and you seem to enjoy it so much, it's contagious. Much more fun than a professional trainer (with three layers of make-up) telling me once ever 30 seconds how great it is! And it's effective; I'm only doing this for the third time and I can already tell I'm getting better. (Though I'm far, far, far away from that back bend you're doing at 8:55. Whoa.) Thanks for uploading this!
