Cheese tea or cheese foam is a savoury, sweet topping for coffee, cold brew tea, and boba drinks.
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
2 oz cream cheese (60g)
3 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sugar
salt to taste (flavour enhancer, optional)
