Hello again everyone...today from my oven is Cheese Pide. This recipe is using pizza dough and cheese as toppings but feels free to choose your favorite. Eat them hot!

Cheese Pide
Dough :
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup+2 tbsp (125ml+2 tbsp) warm water
Little oil to coat and brush the dough
Egg yolk or butter/oil for egg wash
Toppings :
Cheeses
Seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika powder, herbs, etc

Note :
Best to serve when still hot/warm.
After cold or room temperature, the texture will not be as soft as when it is still warm, just like other pizzas. You might want to reheat it before eating.
Pide has a variety of toppings or fillings so feel free to add anything you like.
For 4 pieces I have used between 1-1/2 to 2 cups of cheese

Adonan :
2 cangkir (250g) tepung serbaguna
1 sdt garam
1 sdt ragi instan
1 sdm minyak
1/2 cangkir + 2 sdm (125ml + 2 sdm) air hangat
Sedikit minyak untuk melapisi dan menyikat adonan
Kuning telur atau mentega / minyak untuk olesan
Topping:
Keju
Bumbu: garam, merica, bubuk paprika, bumbu dapur, dll
