*You caught me with this one. If I see melted cheese, I get so jealous! Like I can’t be the only one who just adores cheese.. especially when it’s melted, and there’s that crispy brown areas. It’s just sooo good. The way it strings to just amazing and that’s how you know it’s perfectly melted cheese. The food they are eating looks really good too! I absolutely love having melted cheese with Mac n cheese, and pasta. It makes it look pretty good, and it just attracts you. I’m sure at least someone here agree’s with me. Ugh, now I really want melted cheese, or even just regular cheese... it’s also very satisfying to watch cheese melt, and this video overall is good. I also just realized that this is a Japanese restaurant, and I live there so I’m thinking I’m going to go look for this damn restaurant. I also decided that the background music is a jam, and this place has very good music taste. I just love it! Oh, I forgot to mention, the hot pan that they eat it on also makes it even better, because it sizzles and keeps it warm.. the sound of sizzling is just so satisfying too, and you know it’s crispy and stringy. And omg that desert looks amazing! I really am getting hungry now. I realize that I am typing a full paragraph and I’m sorry for that... if only I could write this much of a good paragraph in English. Ah, I forgot one last thing! Congratulations if you have made it to the end, I appreciate you reading my opinion. I may or may not have forgotten that I was writing a KZfaq comment half way through this paragraph. Why do I do this to my life*

@@sharathchandra95 The whole reason they do that is to release the c02. Which is exactly the reason I don't do that, I want a carbonated beer with little, to no head on the top. I don't want a half flat pint of beer with 6 inches of foam on top. So I agree with OP. That's a criminal way to pour a beer.

@@irishkyle21 Yeah, I don't mind a bit, helps to keep the beer carbonated too. But depends on the beer, and where it's from. For example, if you bought a pint in London, poured from a tap.. and you're paying £9 for it.. then you'd be pretty pissed off if was 1/4 head. If it's a bottle conditioned beer, then I want that poured as carefully as possible, so you don't get loads of sediment floating around. I don't think there's a right or a wrong way to pour a beer, it's just preference. This is just mine.

If you want to try this out, just ask a "raclette" (typical french dish) but the ORIGINAL one, this is usually how it's served in France instead of small pieces of cheese melt in an oven like you or we usually do. As a french myself I have this utensil at home and I like to eat the raclette (the name of the cheese, hence its name) with family and friends.

For the beer part. Pooring a beer without releasing most of CO2 can cause bloating, specially when you eat. What you should do is start pooring on a 45° degree angle and halfway straight the glass to release the carbonation.
