Ingredients:
Pasta:
1 maria wafer package (or toast)
100g butter, softened
Filling:
1 package cream cheese
2 packages cream / cream
8 sheets of gelatin
200 g sugar (I used only 3 tablespoons)
Peach coverage:
1 can peach
6 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
Grind the cookies, flour and add the butter, knead well and line a spring form.

Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff, add the cheese and separating a bit until they light the fire (fire). To which are added the gelatine leaves and stir until dissolved.
