"....annoying little popup" Agreed, it needs to go away. Keeping the door open is a great hack, if you just need 30 seconds to do something at a stop or something. All great tips 👍 Did not know the surge pricing thing, that's pretty good

Great UI and Power User Tips video Kevin! I'm wondering if you have a 5-min video for beginning Waymo riders. If you already have this, could you add a link to that one (or edit a longer one down to that)? It's tough to see the new riders who don't know that one must unlock the doors or who are literally running down the street chasing their first Waymo or who seem shocked that their Waymo didn't let them out exactly where they imagined it would, based on the final address. In that separate video or edit, I'd leave out the concept of a multi-trip stop, since beginners normally don't try that. Again, your video here was awesome for advanced Waymo users, but I'm hoping you can help out new Waymo users (or direct them to one of your other great videos. Oh, and please throw in a warning not to use the stop ride button (unless it is a big emergency) nor to forget anything in the Waymo. Sadly, I've seen a sad video or two like that, which makes for a tough intro to Waymo, when it occurs.

Very helpful. So no way to keep the car waiting for say 5 mins unattended?

Yes the car waits up to 5 mins, however someone on busy streets it will only stay for 2 mins and that has happened to me a few times

This is so amazing to watch I can't wait to actually try one when we come to SF for 2 weeks. Can get drunk and not have to worry about upsetting anyone on the road. And when getting stuff during the trip the make a round trip is awesome if you are not familiar with where you are Hotel wise. but what's the car in front at 13:00?

That’s a Zoox test vehicle (Toyota Highlander IIRC).
