When I started sourdough I was so intrigued (still am if truth be know) , but this cheese making really is incredible! With just a few ingredients and little time you have homemade cheese. I’m in awe! Thanks for sharing the process!

I love this video. All the videos on KZfaq for mozzarella intails a microwave and I don’t have one. I made this with my raw milk years ago but I didn’t have food grade insulated gloves. Used my bare hands. That was tough lol. Might try this again.

Hi Amanda you have inspired me I finally did it! I have been watching you for a long time my previous name was Carrie Newsome but I changed my name to my new channel. Not half as good as you but I have a lot to teach as well. All things food is my channel gardening canning preserving fermenting prepping… all the things! Hope you can stop by sometime!

Full fat milk will work great, make a creamy mozzarella.
