Last night I made Cajun red beans and rice...i got 6 lbs for $12 ingredients and 4 people ate til the were full + a half pound left. Super easy to make you could double what I bought! 2 for $5 I got 2 16oz skinless sausages. 3 16 oz cans light and dark red kidney beans 1 red onion (chopped) 1 bell pepper (chopped) 1 can rotel 1/2 family sized box minute rice for $3 This is the 6 lbs and it was over a gal of food for $12 Just a thought, if you like it, I got a fuller recipe too

So I was wondering if you have severe hunger pains when you don't normally eat a lot since your stomach is so stretched out and there would be so much empty space with smaller meals. I would think that you would have lot of hunger pains but then again I suppose you could fill up with water

To cool it faster turn it over. Allow it to cool on both sides or stir it to allow tome to cool in the center. Rule of thumb eat around the outside first.
