Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Penne Pasta
Minced Garlic
Butter
Onion
Bell Pepper
Spinach
Tomato Sauce
Diced Tomato
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Take & Bake Bread Loaf
Instructions:
1.Partially cook ground beef, rinse and drain with cold water, return to heat
2.Season, add veggies to beef and allow to soften
3.Once veggies are soft, add in diced tomato, tomato sauce, spinach, parmesan cheese & combine. Simmer for 10-15 mins
4.Prepare bread according to package instructions, allow to cool then remove center
5. Combine boiled penne pasta into meat sauce, then fill bread
6.Top with shredded cheeses & broil for approx. 3 mins
7.Remove from oven, brush with garlic butter, garnish with cilantro, crushed red pepper & enjoy!
