*Ingredients:*
- 3 cans honey butter biscuits
- 12 large eggs, scrambled and seasoned
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pack bacon, crumbled and bits
- 1 pack mozzarella cheese, shredded
- *For Béchamel Sauce:*
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- *For Garlic Butter:*
- Melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese
- *For Honey Butter Glaze:*
- Honey
- White food coloring (gel or liquid)
*Tools:*
- Mixing bowls
- Saucepan
- Whisk
- Bundt pan
- Oven or Air fryer
*Instructions:*
1. *Prepare Filling:*
- Combine seasoned scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon in a bowl. Set aside.
2. *Prepare Béchamel Sauce:*
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, whisk until golden. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. *Prepare Garlic Butter:*
- Mix garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese into melted butter.
4. *Assemble Monkey Bread:*
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Flatten and add filling, seal dough into balls. Layer in greased bundt pan: biscuits, garlic butter, cheddar, mozzarella. Repeat, with the final layer being garlic butter.
5. *Bake or Air Fry:*
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 60 minutes or air fry until golden and crispy.
6. *Prepare Honey Butter Glaze:*
- Mix honey with a drop of white food coloring until the sauce turns white.
7. *Glaze and Garnish:*
- Remove monkey bread from pan, let cool. Drizzle white honey butter sauce. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped chives, and parsley.
8. *Serve:*
