It's the savoury snack you buy in the shops but just how are they made. Maize is the only ingredient so what really makes these melt in the mouth snacks possible is a machine called an extruder.
When Stefan Gates hitches up his extruder to the back of a tractor, it's not long before he's knee deep in cheesy puffs.

i didn't realize he was saying maiz as in cornmeal until i saw him pour the cornmeal into the machine i thought he said maze as in the inner workings of the contraption 😂

maze is corn, and corn and maze. its just another name for it. it doesnt expecially mean cornmeal.

Bloody hell! I can't believe I'm doing this: A patent ( /ˈpætənt/ or /ˈpeɪtənt/) I've checked 3 dictionaries and all state you can say either. n.b one says 'paytent' is only used in some contexts, so you could be onto something there. But seriously, it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

The "Pat" in patent is correctly pronounced, like "hat" It often incorrectly prounounced ent like ent in entertainment. From the BBC? Whatever happened to BBC English?
