Cheesy Stovetop Rotel Chicken Spaghetti

Hey y’all! I’m back with another easy stovetop recipe. This time it’s Rotel Chicken Spaghetti! Enjoy 😉
1 1/2-2 pounds of chicken breast
4 oz Velveeta Cheese
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 can Rotel
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
6-8 oz thin spaghetti
1/2 cup sharp shredded cheese
1/2 cup mild shredded cheese
1 tsp Salt, black pepper, garlic powder & onion powder

I made this, and it was delicious! I made three changes to use what I had. First, I used all whole milk instead of half and half. It was still thick and creamy. Second, I only had cream of chicken soup, so I used two cans of that. Last, I used a 16 oz package of angel hair pasta because this makes a lot of sauce. IMO, there was still plenty of sauce. Everything was still coated well. And it was so terrific, I'm making it again tonight!

I found this recipe from food network with ree drummond I was boiling chicken but then got Baptized and used Rotisserie chicken and that Made All the Short cut Difference! I added my Flair!! That made a world of Difference! Please make it your own!.

I was shown how to make this years ago, and I had forgotten about it. I was talking to my daughters, and this came up and I told them that I was going to make it tonight. I looked at a couple of other overly complicated videos on how to make this and then I found your video. This is exactly (90%) the way I was shown how to make it years ago, so thank you for the refresher course and I am excited to see how the girls (twins) enjoy it. I am pretty blessed with them as they like all different types of uncommon flavors. (not referring to this dish) You got my sub, and a thumbs up in gratitude for making this video.

can you use cream of chicken soup and why didn't you add your Velveeta rotel cream of mushroom soup in the same pot once the noodles were cooked can you do that?

For me, it’s easier to melt the cheese with the noodles in the pot. You can definitely use cream of chicken if you prefer. Thanks for watching.

@@CookinWTaShondaRenae I made this tonight I just pick up the half and half it was delicious my children couldn't believe I had cream of mushroom, celery and onions in it 😂 I did a small pan and add Buffalo sauce to it it was bomb to add cheese and put it in oven on boil for a few secs 🤎 your recipe was the simple ease way how my gmom use to make it
