What is your honest opinion on code switching? I'm white but work with mostly black people and latinos in our warehouse and try to meet everybody's energy. Theres only good intentions on my part to connect with people I do the same with more rural white people who are different than me

I Miss Harlem from the 60s and 70s. Left NYC in 1971 and never looked back or went back. I only look back in my head😁

Lawd have mercy I was at his location on 72nd st off Broadway on the 4th of July. And guest was doing the Mr. Charles himself pan frying chicken. I order catfish,wings greens,coleslaw,yams b4 I left the line was out the door no lie. I come frm Bx for Mr.Charles all the staff is amazing they be busting it out everybody be in there.

All I remember about Jerika with her saying "WHY'S IT GOT TO BE FRIED CHICKEN" To Tony....Now she be grinnin ear to ear with dat fried chicken in her mouth. Probably was lip smakin noises with her fingers.@04:50
