Recently we had lunch at Legendary Chef of India, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi's Karigari Restaurant which is now open in Gurugram at Worldmark Mall , Sector 65 Gurugram .
Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi is India's renowned celebrity chef , also known as Energy chef of India & popular by his famous quote "Namak Shamak, Namak Shamak, Daal Dete Hain,"
With its vast menu , impeccable service, exquisite ambience ,Karigiri sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
As you will explore the menu , you’ll find unique names that reflect the creativity and passion behind each dish.
Influencer meetup was arranged and we totally enjoyed our meal. We started with the Mocktails- Orange Passion Banta and Kokum Banta , absolutely refreshing!
In starters, we had-
-Chicken Sajji,
-Parmeasan Chicken Tikka
-Mumbai Raagda Patties,
-Kulche Choley Pakodey Pockets followed by Main Course -
-Dohra Gucchi Mushroom
- Ambala Wala Tariwala Murgh
-Paneer Highway Butter Masala
- Karigaro ki Dal Makhani & in breads we had -Laccha Paratha Charcoal Cheese House -Special Naan and in Desserts , had Mirchi Wala Halwa and Tukda E Jam.
Would like to special mention about Chicken Sajji- Sajji is one of the traditional meat dishes from Balochistan. Chef Harpal has given his twist to it . Succulent chicken , coated with a blend of the finest Karigiri spices, enhancing the flavors to perfection. To complement this delightful roast, its served with warm, soft Kulcha bread, accompanied by fresh slices of onion and a generous dollop of butter.
All dishes are amazing but Kulche Choley Pakodey Pockets , Dohra Gucchi Mushroom, Charcoal Cheese House Special Naan and Chicken Sajji and are the star dishes.
