Chicken Kiev is one of the most memorable dishes from my teenage years. I discovered this dish in Andre, on Pahlavi St, to the Southwest of Park Valiahed, in Old Tehran.
Garlic Butter Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves
fistful of parsley
½ tsp dried tarragon
¼ tsp white peppercorn
¼ tsp coriander seeds
¼ tsp black peppercorn
½ tsp sea salt
4 oz unsalted butter
Pasta Ingredients:
tricolor carrots
few mushrooms
small shallot
2 garlic cloves
Chicken Ingredients:
12 oz flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
3 eggs
2 medium breasts of chicken

استاد گرامی این یکی از بهترین طعمهایی بود که با دور چینی که زحمت کشیدین سرو کردین هماهنگی بینهایتی داشت بینهایت ممنونم ازتون ..در رابطه با کبه ای که آموزش اونرو پخش کردم باید بصراحت بگم کبه برنج خوشمزه است اما کبه بلغور بینهایته ..مخصوصا اگر با مهارت و ادویه خاص لبنان و سوریه تهیه بشه ..من اول دستور کبه برنج رو گذاشتم برای کسانی که زیاد سرشته ای در پخت این غذا ندارند به امید خدا در آینده انواع کبه بلغور رو پخش میکنم مطمئن هستم شما به بهترین شکل ممکن تهیه میکنید..خودتون آگاه هستین .کبه ها صدها مدل هستن یکی از یکی خوش طعم تر

Love your recipes and your channel. The music is a little loud and makes it hard to hear what you are saying. I think it would be better not to have any music. Keep up the great work

I have wanted to try chikcen kiev for years, pulled out my recipe today and thought...ugh I cant do this. Your video is so well done and now I have the confidence to go ahead and hopefully make mine look half as good as yours. Thankyou so much for sharing this. Glad to see you're off the kabob kick for a while,lol. Great receipe ,chef ! Even proud to see you made homemade egg fettuccine. But for your info it's not pronounced paaaaasta, sounding like pass over, in Italian it is pronounced Pausta, like "PAUSE" for a prayer before you eat. Really nice combination, beautiful chicken recipe seems very appetizing. Chef, in Iran nowadays the toughest part of preparing Chicken is to get rid of its very bad smell, You Gentleman can't compare it to what you used to have before back home, any suggestion? your answer would be appreciated greatly. thanks in advance

to be very specific, for zereshk polo or chicken stew, how to do that? here in this video U did it by using herbs & garlic , but how about above mentioned recipes?

Hello Raha, Thanks for your comment, when you are doing the stew, just add some turmeric and garlic and that will take care of the smell. Also in this dish I added some garlic powder into the flour as well as ton of garlic butter and in the end in my pasta. In the ingredients for garlic powder I used Parsley and Coriander seeds.

I am sure you should be able to do that! But remember, you might have to re bread it again as the breading will be getting soggy.

Thanks Anna for your comment, Chicken Kiev was developed by few Frenched Chef, but they were hired by Russians. We also can say: 18th century Russian chefs have adopted many techniques of French they developed this dish. Nobody knows what is correct. 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
